3. Limit your goal in time: a goal with no time - it's just a dream.
4. Think about who your target achievement will benefit, other than you?
5. Formulate your goal in the affirmative form in present time.
6. Divide goals into objectives, prepare a detailed script achieving your goal.
7. Take responsibility for your actions on the way to the goal.
8. Determine a middle ranged results for achieving your goal.
9. Think about the goals rather that the  the means of its implementation. Specify the final destination and go.
10. Create an image of the future, where you have reached your goal, and fix the image.
11. Behave as if success was guaranteed to you.
12. To tap extra energy for your goal, offer yourself a reward for achieving it. Your reward should be something you really enjoy. Treat yourself generously.
