Last week of holiday, on Monday I start school. Finally. Funny, been doing nothing for so long and just waiting to start again, but now that I only have a few days left I have this urge to sleep till 12 and do even less for as long as I can.
People keep asking, are you happy to be back? How does it feel to be back? And more variations of that same question. Well, it's like this - in general yes, I'm happy to be back. Maybe strange, but it feels like coming home. I don't know if it's because when going to Brux I knew it was temporary, whereas coming here a couple of years ago I knew it was for good, or maybe it's the fact that here we live in our own flat with all our stuff and not in a semi-hotel, or maybe I just like Helsinki much more than Brussels. Who knows, who cares, bottom line is I'm glad to be here.
So yeah, school in four days. I signed up for almost twice as many courses as in a regular semester, trying to catch up with the last six months of idleness. And I say 'trying' because signing up is easy, let's see how many of these courses I'll still be doing in two months. And if I do manage to keep up, it's going to be a busy semester, expect bitching.
Mrs. Purple is already back at work this week, but last week was a wonderfully lovey dovey flat arranging IKEA assembling DVD watching bonanza. We both love IKEA, though for different reasons. For Mrs. it's about the shopping and the home decorating of it (I think I've mentioned before she should have been an interior designer). Me, I just know when all this stuff gets to the flat, I get to put it all together. Fun fun!

To my favourite couple in the world, the Dynamic Duo. Congratulations my darlings! I wish I was there to follow the bump's progress up close, but I guess the photos and ultra-sounds will have to do, at least till the summer.
